Shipping information
1) Fox & Co. Delivery (Only for Athens and Piraeus, Greece)
Now you can receive your order with our own delivery system! For the area of Athens and Perseus, the delivery cost is 2.5€ for all parcels, regardless of weight and with no additional charges. Delivery hours are from Monday – Friday 11:00am – 5:00pm.
2) Courier delivery
Your orders are entrusted for delivery in our partner Geniki Tachidromiki that for over two decades, delivers with responsibility your orders across Greece. Delivery takes from 1-4 days after the shipping of your order, depending on each destination. The Delivery cost is 2.5€
3) Free Delivery! (in Greece)
For orders above the amount of 50€, the delivery cost do not stand as usual.
4) Payment at the Shop
You can pay out your order in our shop (Probona 3, Ano Patisia, 11143, Athens) either with debit/credit card or cash. For picking up your order from our shop, you will be firstly notified from the sales department with email, or a phone call.

For delivery in Athens and Piraeus the COD cost is free via our own Fox & Co. delivery.
For the rest of Greece, the COD cost is 2.5€.

Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you changed your mind about your order, then you can return them with 14 days from the purchase date. If this the case, the product should be intact and sealed in its original casing, well packaged in order to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and the expenses for the process burden the buyer. Before initiating the return process, you should contact us at 2102589911, or via email fox@foxandco.gr. After informing us about the return, you should send the package as described above to our address Probona 3, Ano Patisia, 11143, Athens. Our eshop will refund you with the amount spent for the products returned as well as the delivery expenses from your original order within 14 days from the day you shipped the returning items.
Faulty products
We always try our best for you to receive your order in best condition possible! However, regardless of our efforts for you to have intact the whole order, you might receive a damaged item, or one completely different from what you expected. We kindly request of you to contact us at 2102589911, or via email fox@foxandco.gr in order to replace your damaged item. After informing us of such a case, you can ship the damaged goods to our address Probona 3, Ano Patisia, 11143, Athens and we are going to take care of the shipping expenses (the COD cost is not included). Within 14 days from the day of informing us about the damaged item, you will receive a refund of the product, either in your credit card, or bank account depending on your original payment method. Otherwise, we can send you a code with the amount of the refund as credit to our store for your next order.
